Growing a business and a team of loyal stylists

Building a profitable business is easier with a team when you have the right team (people) and everyone communicates openly and takes accountability for their positions.

Just like it requires training to learn and hair cut or do a new colour it takes practice to continue to get better at communication and its not easy as it sounds.

However when you learn the correct communication styles and have guidelines in place, it takes the emotion out and helps to fast track and head off any issues before they get out of hand.

Great session for salon owners and managers.

Points Covered:

  • Why you need a “how we do it here” manual
  • How to advertise and attract the best people to your business
  • What to put in a customer service manual!
  • How to run great staff meetings
  • What makes a good boss or employer? What’s in it for them? (staff)
