Loose Ends!

This packages includes:

  • 12 x 1 hour Face to face sessions (in her Production Hub in Newcastle)
  • Session topics relative to what you and your business needs every month including financial targets, marketing plan, staff targets and training etc
  • Email support to assist with any issues as they arise
  • Monthly 15 min phone support session to assist planning between sessions
  • Marketing ideas & resources

SalonPreneur - Package 2

Salon Extensions!

  • 12 x 1 hour Face to face sessions (in her Production Hub in Newcastle)
  • Session topics relative to what you and your business needs every month including financial targets, marketing plan, staff targets and training etc
  • Email support to assist with any issues as they arise
  • Monthly 30 min phone support session to assist planning between sessions
  • Marketing ideas & resources

PLUS

  • A salon planning session (1/2 day) for you to get better ‘buy in’ by your staff and set some salon targets.
  • Follow up with individual staff members (optional)
  • Libby can conduct focus groups with key clients (optional)
  • Libby can negotiate with product companies on your behalf for discounts and contributions (optional)
